Your shipping out timeline is very disappointing...there have been several orders that I've had to wait from 2 to 3 weeks! Can you please send out the orders right away? Thanks Dee

I order all cotton natracare night time pads from the Lucky Vitamin store! They have started leaving them on my doorstep in plain sight for my neighbors to see that I need “nighttime pads!” This is very embarrassing... they use to ship them with the mane of the contents covered up!! Now the contents are in view!! Why???

There is a coupon code for new customers, but what about those customers who use you all the time? You shouldn't exclude them from the coupon code.

Some great products, but too many small retail packages and one-time plastic packaging. Sometimes ship unwanted freebies, adding to waste.
