I hate to give it to Cillo score because one of the Houses we stayed in was absolutely magical. One of them I filed a complaint it was a complete dump. Mold in the sinks, bugs all over the place, dirt piles dirty sheets and had to actually break in because nobody was there to give us a key. It was a disappointment that the company did not even offer us a partial refund on a place that we were at for less than four hours and left.
