I have been able to find flights for good prices through Expedia, but I prefer to use Kayak because it lets me search multiple travel sites at one. Expedia’s site is easy to navigate.

I have booked several flights and hotel accommodations through Expedia and I really like that they have a 24 hour cancelation policy. I sometimes will book something and then change my mind, so it is a nice feature.

Only ever use third party sites like Expedia to search for low cost flights, then book directly through the airline you’re traveling with. If you have even the smallest issue with your flight, Expedia won’t do anything without charging you. Literally never book with them. Go directly to the source.

Horrible experience. My reservations were showed as unpaid. Took 3 hours and 5 different phone calls to try and get my rental car fixed. Finally I had to get a refund from Expedia and pay for the car myself. What a joke Expedia customer service is!!

I've booked with exedia previously and I didn't have any problems but I booked with them recently and I canceled my reservations and they will not refund me my money back or give me a credit. I will NOT have any future reservations with them. They have completely lost me

They cancelled my flight without telling me. They told me airline went out of business and issued me a credit rather than a refund but get this, I can only use the credit on the same airline, yes the one that went out of business. Expedia is crazy bad.

Expedia has the worst customer service! You can just call the hotel directly with Expedia's rate and they will give it to you. Don't go through Expedia because if your plans change/get cancelled or if you have a bad experience and need a refund they make it way too difficult. It's ridiculous. It's so bad.

HORRIBLE! They don't even deserve one star! They have terrible business practices! If you have a problem with a booking, you get the run-around as a customer and they try to pass on their mistakes to the vendors. Not ok! Nefarious! Use someone not owned by expedia. Worst. business. ever.

How do you speak with a customer rep? They want a itinerary number all I have is a conf# they gave me. Cant get a live person. It's funny when I called to ask a question a person answered right away, now they have my number it goes straight to automated system.

They will tell you anything to get your booking but if there is an issue before, during or after the trip they are no where to be found. You cannot get ahold of them. Do not book thru them or you may end up stranded in another country with no help.

Terrible customer service. Wanted to cancel a flight, but turns out if my flight is within the next 7 days, I'll need to contact a customer service agent to do so. I don't understand why I can't cancel online like every other travel platform. Even so, their customer service agents are never available, and their chat feature is terribly broken.

Never again! After a booking problem we were promised a refund to rebook. Property had already approved the rebook. We spent five days in multiple phone calls with promises that one person or another just had to sign off. After five days they said too bad we're not doing it after all and left us homeless for a week.

They cancelled my flight, but it took contacting them 6 times and waiting 3 months before I gave up and reversed the charge on my credit card to get my refund. NEVER use Expedia.

After making and paying for a reservation I was told no rooms available. I was never refunded from Expedia . Many phone calls later I gave up. I called my credit card company and got refund. I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN
