You changed my itinerary and I went from a 7 hour to less than 4 hour layover to get from one airport to another. With a 7 hour layover I could ride subway and bus to get from Washington National airport to Dulles for about $10, now I'll have to go by taxi or airport limo for 5 to 10 times the money. I am not happy.

This online booking is full of pitfalls and company policies that are against the client at every turn. There is absolutely no corporate responsibility. No customer service, it is either your fault or the airlines for screwed up reservations.

I am not happy with this company. I booked a flight from LA to Borneo with China Air. They wrote me I needed a visa and could cancel my flight with a $200 fee. Then their story changed. I still can't get correct answers. When I did get through to them they kept me holding for a half hour. I would not recommend them at all.

A good thing is that it is quite easy to search for tickets at a discounted price. However, when trying to have money refunded there is a lot of run around. It took me one year to receive my refund.
