Itried to book tickets with cehapo air and my creidt card was charged ( atleast tried) 4 times. This blocked my credit card. I had to call my bank to explain them the situation and then i lost the deal that i was looking for on the website.

After I booked my flight online there was a additional charge to my credit card that I did not authorized. There was an email asking me to be part of some program for the airline but I did not even opened it. I do not understand why I got that charge.

I called to request a cancellation of a flight to replace with another cheaper flight that they advertised. They put me on to the cancellation dept. Instead of cancelling the flight they gave me an email which they said would arrange for me to be reimbursed the difference between what I paid and what was advertised after. Got overcharged almost $1000. Cheapoair called me the same day 2 times but I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, text, email what they have on file! Nothing! 3 days later I noticed. Now I got told “We are working on it. You’ll receive a refund between 7 to 14 days” EXCUSE ME?! You’re using my money for almost two weeks! Not even trying to notify me! What is this?!

I swear to God, This is the last time i will use the "help" of this rip off website. They know how to suck your money out of your bank. They are charging me hundreds of euros to change my flight and then when i ask to cancel my flight they wouldn't even give me a small percentage of what I have paid. BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS ON LASTMINUTE.COM! I found cheaper flights (no joke more than a 300 euro difference to the same destination on the same dates). I would NEVER recommend cheapoair to anyone. and they have a great way of testing your patience on the phone since they can keep you hanging for hours.

Avoid this company at all cost. They cancelled my return trip tickets while I was overseas without any reason and asked me to purchase another flight again for $1300. To me, it's a complete nonsense and SCAM. Don't be deceived by their name as well, they are definitely not CHEAP. They will try to upsell you a lot of unnecessary options with only very brief descriptions so that you will fall into their sale traps. Truly regret choosing this agency this time, and will never deal with them ever again.

CheapOAir's user interface is not near as clean as some other flight comparison websites. It's messy and hard to navigate and has weird amounts of load times as you switch back and forth to change your flight search criteria. Ultimately the information is useful but it's not a clean, efficient experience.

I personally hate this website. I don't think it is very user friendly and its constantly trying to get you to purchase the wrong thing because there are no refunds. I was trying to buy a flight and I put it in all of the information for my trip and it still showed me this other flight on a different date and I ended up buying it on accident and they wouldn't let me refund it even though I bought it at most 5 minutes prior.

CheapOair will find a way to rob you with their fine prints, even if they did not render the service. CheapOair rob us of $3,900. They keep promising to refund our money, because we did not go on vacation due to the covid19. However, cheapoair did not refund our money.
