The Bad

  • No Rewards Program
  • Focus on the U.S. and Canada

No Rewards Program

Travelocity does not offer its customers a reward program of any kind, although customers who join can save 10% more on select hotels.

Focus on the U.S. and Canada

Americans looking to travel to other continents may not have the best luck with Travelocity. Although the company does offer a few deals for exotic travel destinations, it puts the majority of its focus towards providing deals for customers in the United States and Canada.

The Bottom Line

Travelocity offers multiple travel services and booking options, plus travel insurance and a mobile app. However, the addition of a rewards program or a rewards credit card would be welcomed by many.

I have been searching for about 2 weeks for a place on any beach for labor day and they have all been expensive. So my family and I thought our vacation was turning into a staycation. I searched on Travelocity last night and found a great deal for Myrtle Beach!! We are so ecstatic to be able to go to the beach one more time before winter.

Travelocity is always the first place I go when making hotel or car rental reservations. We have found great prices that are never higher than other websites.
