TotallyTickets.com has an impressive 99.9% success rate in filling orders. The company promises its customers that if an order is not fulfilled, the policy is to refund 150% of the purchase price of the tickets.

TotallyTickets.com strives to treat each customer as an individual. If there are any issues with ticket sales and a person needs a refund or exchange, the customer service team is happy to work with and figure out how to resolve the issue. They do resell tickets for customers; however, they don't accept every situation. Depending on the event and the current market, a ticket may or may not be accepted for resale. If they are, the good thing is that they do not charge any commission on the sale of tickets. Instead, they purchase your tickets outright from you so you can walk away without having to worry about reselling them yourself.

Customers should be aware that TotallyTickets.com reserves the right to cancel all orders that haven’t been shipped or processed. All orders are final but can be returned/exchanged if the event is canceled (not postponed). Customers must return their tickets within 7 days of the event's cancellation in order to receive a refund. 

TotallyTickets.com also has the right to deliver tickets as late as the day of the event. This may be a concern for some customers. Also when a buyer pays the shipping charges, that doesn’t mean the tickets will be shipped immediately.

Fees

TotallyTickets.com may charge a service, shipping, delivery, fulfillment or other fees for using the service. The service fees are often included in the price of the ticket, and the fees are based on the variable rates per ticket. If a customer wants to see an invoice with the separate service fees they will have to contact a customer representative of TotallyTickets.com.
