Although coverage for five devices is one of the best we've seen for OneSupports monthly fee, we couldn't find any information explaining what devices can be covered. Other tech support companies will be clear on their coverage of PC's, Macs, Android devices, and iOS devices.

Some tech support companies will offer a free trial period for their services. OneSupport, unfortunately, isn't one of those companies. This would be a helpful step for OneSupport to consider because many consumers will want to try their services before they commit to a contract.

I fell victim to a virus/scam today that claimed the contact was from microsoft and that our security was in jeopardy. It took my savvy teenage son to recognize that it was probably a scam, after I gave her ( the person from "microsoft") information to reach my computer. I called OneSupport after verifying reviews on line/etc and have been completely satisfied from the moment I spoke to Randy earlier in the process...to beyond satisfied after Kevin (from South Carolina) remotely accessed our computer and cleared everything up. Even as I was "watching" the update...I would not have been able to navigate my way through all the security scam/questions/etc that he worked through! I called back asking if I could send him a gift certificate...and he declined! He was so humble !!! I can rest my head to sleep tonight because of OneSupport and Kevin! THANK YOU!!!!!

Wow, look! Anyone can write a review of this company! That doesn't seem very good. Do you know that OneSupport is working to fight the scammers? On a daily basis they get customers that have a scammer in their computer trying to get $500 or more in google play cards to 'fix' their system. Those scammers also try and pretend to be OneSupport, AND Microsoft AND many other legitimate companies in order to smear their name. They do this so that people will be confused and not know where to turn and end up giving the bad guys money. OneSupport is ALL US based. OneSupport has an actual address! A few real live locations! They have real people working for them, a real website AND real social media accounts. They are not hiding. They also have a free trial. They cover every device that connects to the internet. They can't be specific because there might be a toothbrush on the market tomorrow that connects to the internet - its covered. Try out the real OneSupport before believing fake reviews.

One support is by far the best computer fix system ,I have used different ones over the years , but one support addressed and fix all my issues . .
