Being a specialty company does have its disadvantages, however. The fact that TEKsystems addresses only IT jobs means that they're pretty useless to someone in any other field. This doesn't make them a bad business by any means, but it does mean they won't be appealing to as many job seekers. Along with this, technology isn't exactly thriving in all parts of the world. You won't find much of a need for computer help in rural areas or small towns; it's mostly in the big city. So unlike a lot of other staffing agencies, TEKsystems can find you a job mostly in just cities, which can be limiting if you prefer other areas.
