Vivent promised me that I was going to pay less on my electric bill, and I am paying more then I was previously.. will be calling Vivent to take the solar panel off my roof, or will proceed to take legal action.

It has been almost a year I signed up the contract and still working on it. Customer service is so poor and it takes forever to get a response. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Improper install of system led to fire in my electrical panel. Over 2 months later. No repairs, countless hours on hold with customer service. All I received after fire is a bill for $43,000 to "buy out" system.
