Great Selection of channels. Intuitive controls so that everyone in the home was able to figure out how most of the features work. All in all we were very satisfied with it.

The product was fine. The installers were not. When putting in the dish, they drilled holes in my house with out any plan and did damage both inside and outside my house. I am sure that the product is fine, but I am not going to have satellite television that causes my roof to leak or water to get in behind my siding.

Though a large chunk of channels (NBC family) were not available for months, when I cancelled, Dish still charged the full cancellation fee. Service was spotty at best, no ability to watch subscription channels on my TV.

Dish network doesn't carry your local teams. They haven't carried the Chicago white sox. cubs or Blackhawks for over a year. All other providers carry these games. They never offered a discount after they dropped content.

2/7/21 Of course Dish is in another dispute with the local CBS network so that means no Super Bowl. Other services like Direct Tv had disputes but settled it. Can you believe this? Stay away from Dish

Dish has been too cheap to negotiate with HBO for reasonable packages. They say go to streaming (if u have hi speed internet) connection for $15/mo. vs. the $10 they charged! These guys are GREEDY- DO NOT USE THEM!

dish says that they have the best DVR, but during prime time you have to record on the 4 major networks and only have 2 extra ones, The call this better than direct TV's that you can record on any channels at any time.
