We have enjoyed Comcast Xfinity for a long time. They have lots of great packages available. We also really like the voice remote. It is really nice to be able to find shows easy by using the voice remote. My kids like it as well.

Best TV provider I have had. The service is great and the packages are cheap compared to other providers. We have never had an outage and their customer service is awesome. If you need a new TV provider get Comcast!

I have really enjoyed having comcast xfinity TV. The service is very reliable and on the rare occasion that there is a connection problem the issue gets resolved very quickly. The customer service is great and you can always get a hold of them and actually talk with a real person.

I really like what Comcast has to offer because of all of the options that are out there to watch. I currently have Comcast at my house and I'm loving what I'm seeing with this company.

Xfinity is the only tv provider I will use. We tried dish but it would break down too much and xfinity has a strong service 100% of the time. They are trustworthy and their customer service is the best.

Great internet! It is fast and I have never had probelems with it crashing, freezing or being finnicky in any way. Afforadable price and supports a lot of different devices and programs at once.

We mostly watch xfinity with sports and special programs. The remote is kind of clunky. The menu is kind of hard to use, and locate things. It can get a little confusing at times. There is a good selection of options to watch.

We have had a wonderful experience with Comcast. Anytime we have had any problems they come as soon as possible to help fix it. They also are so helpful over the phone if you just call.

Comcast Xfinity TV has worked great for me personally! They have a wide selection of channels, and a large selection of movies and TV shows as well. It is very easy to navigate too.

Overall, our experience with xfinity had been good. Their menu is a little difficult to navigate unless you know exactly what number your station is - especially trying to find local channels. Good variety of channels and packages. Would love a sports only package. We really enjoy the on demand option.

When we have had issues with our equipment or service we have made an appointment at the Orem service center. They have always helped us in a timely and professional manner and made sure we were happy with the service we received.

We love the voice command on the remote and the ability to DVR multiple shows at the same time. We don't like that they keep jacking up the rates. The service seems to go out from time to time and we have to reset the box more often that we would like--probably at least once a week.

We have used Comast/Xfinity as our provider for a while. I was fairly happy with the services it provided for a while. The internet is pretty decent and have only had a few mishaps. Although, I would complain about how many updates there are to the provided services. Without us changing what plan we were paying for, the channels we were allowed to watch changed. I was a little upset because I loved the channel I currently love to watch. But what they do provide is pretty decent.

Never really had a problem with Comcast. I've had their basic plan and premium plan, and each of them were great, just depends what you are looking for. Customer service was a hit or miss, sometimes great and other times not.

We have had comcast tv and internet for over 15 years... The internet service is amazing, with amazing speeds, and service... The TV part of it is overpriced and in this day and age who watches TV anymore? Now that Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc... is available... I think they need to up their game and lower their prices to make their TV serviced worth it!

I've had comcast off and on for a few years. For the most part they are good. This last year our service went out multiple times for hours at a time, it was frustrating. When we called about it, they would just say it is out in certain areas, no explanation really. I would have given them five stars if it wasn't for our service last year.

Overall good products but the bundling is annoying that to get the best rate you have to pick up services that aren't really needed. The contracts are also frustrating as the pricing keeps rising each year rather than a reasonable rate the entire time. The services were generally reliable but when having outages it could take several days before a technician could come out to fix internet.

We have been with this company for years and probably will stay with them for many more because of the ease of service they provide. We have great reception on our tv and the internet is fast and reliable. When I have had issues or concerns they have been able to resolve them in a timely manner and without a hitch.

years back started at a great price for TV, Internet and Phone after the 2nd year the price doubled. Called customer retention in order to lower the price I had to give two boxes back and reduce my channel lineup. Then after several more years I had to eliminate the phone service, bill only went down a few bucks, then I got rid of their internet bill was still $152.00 for a small amount of channels. Today I cancelled Xfinity altogether, now using an antenna, using Hulu, HBO max, Netflix and PrimeVideo this is what I recommend for all of you. Cut the CABLE

This company will take everything they can from you in fees, my most recent new fee is I have to upgrade my dvr storage even tho my storage was fine where it was, but they decided that I didn’t have enough so they erased 2/3 of my recordings until I agreed to pay another 10.96 a month on top of the 230.00 I already pay, I don’t recommend Comcast at all this seems illegal!!!

Impossible to connect to a representative unless you spend hours with the inefficient automated service. Sure, one is supposed to apparently leave a call back on the app but that is the most non straight forward thing I have heard ever. I called the customer service twice to cancel tv but still got billed every month for tv. They are the only service available in my area so I am stuck with them, cant wait for the day I will never have to use xfinity again! Too pricey for the ordinary internet.

Comcast is the worse company in the planet. I signed a contract for a year in November 2020 1st bill was $114.00 April 2021 is $134.00 . Increased 10.00 dollars in less than six months. Their customer service is bad they hangs up on people and they don’t know anything, or I get an stupid robot don’t know anything either. I can’t wait to get my fiber optic through the city. Xfinity overseas call center agents lack empowerment to resolve customer concerns. Xfinity erroneously rejected my credit card payment assuming an expired expiration date on the card-which expires in 2025. The website doesn't allow a simple edit of the card information. They imposed a late fee. The Phillippine agent was unable to resolve the issue to my satisfaction and offered to inconvenience me with a 45 minute delay to speak to another supervisor in Mexico. Incompetent call center agents and continued delay in solving concerns, gives Xfinity a negative 5 review.

They are money hungry. Charge you for things that are inaccurate! I was instructed to drop off at an xfinity drop off location and was told they couldn't take said package due to the shipping label being incorrect. But they Wouldn't help me get the correct shipping label in order to return their equipment and instead of helping me I was charged for the equipment before I could even receive a new shipping label to send it back!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I got Xfinity internet on June 16, 2020. Cable was supposed to be buried in 14 days. After numerous attempts to contacts them, phone, email, customer service and their complaint dept., I have not been able to get a live person. All I can get is their virtual assistant, and she is worthless. It has been almost 8 1/2 months and the cable is still across my driveway, down the street in front of my house and across my yard. It is frayed and my husband had to tape it. In a few more months I can cancel my contract and get it out of my yard.

Spent over an hour on line and chatting with Comcast Xfinity to set up an account and purchase their Signature + More TV+internet+voice. I am a new customer at this address. Chat agent confirmed no additional costs except tax. Then at check out, after the chat agent left, I see $30 in fees that makes the total unreasonable. Another chat agent came on and said if I called customer care they would fix this surprise. That agent said sorry, everybody has to pay it. This intentionally misleading and deceptive practice is documented in the chats. Beware of Comcast's practices! Jeff

They have the worst customer service I have experienced from a cable, internet, phone company. If you call to switch programming be careful. They could look at your bill and say they need to charge you more for something. They can just increase your bill. They didn't tell me they were cancelling our dvr service when I just wanted to add a program. I ask if there were any changes to billing and was told no. Then surprise. They are not an honorable company!

Xfinity is a terrible company. They have lied to me repeatedly about charges and credits on my account. They also had high pressure sales people calling during this pandemic to insist that I take on new services that I didn’t need or want. After me finally caving in and agreeing to a trial period, they continued to bill me for it after I returned the (unopened, unused) equipment. They are now refusing to credit me for any of it. I’m looking for reliable, honest internet service, if that exists.

I wish i could leave less of a score. Bar none the worst customer service on the face of the planet. Would cheer to see this company go out of business. They take 10 minutes or more to get through the ridiculous automated system. You never get anyone and when you do you can’t understand what they are saying. No matter how many times you call you are put in the wrong department and when they transfer they hang up every time. So you have to call back and start over. They charge entirely too much money. I have had a cable they have left just sitting in my yard for over 2 months.

The company has taken away almost all good channels. So your left with mostly junk channels and infomercial channels. Xfinity told us they could give us unlimited internet for set monthly price. Three months later we notice that we are getting warnings about data limits that we shouldn't have. When we called them to address this issue they told us we didn't have unlimited internet and we would need to pay more money to have it. Xfinity is a sneaky, dishonest company and we will never use them again.

Their customer service is none existent. Because there are almost no employees that actually work here in the United States, call centers suck. I got the complete run around for my entire day because of a billing issue. And the employees when you finally get past the automated system wall which they don’t want you to get around are nice, but are handcuffed by a useless system that gets us no results.

Serviceman came to install in new home. When to wire and he was working in black mulch with no shoe covering. Stained carpet in bedroom. We just moved in. Local xfinty had carpet cleaned which did not get the dye out. Came back still not. Spoke to custo.mmer issues so many times and get nowhere. Thogh the people helping me are nice, no one with authority calls. This is crazy. Almost 2 months and I look at this stain. The day it was done his supervisor came and took pictures. So now I have to file a claim. Just take care of it please.

We’ve been told someone is coming to install our internet three times and when no one shows, we call and they say there’s nothing scheduled for us. They do not keep promises. They will make you pay way more than what you signed up for and they will not care if you leave. They are jerks and do not care about loyalty. They signed me up under false pretenses. They are fraudulent and will lie to you over and over again. Do not sign up with them. I promise you, you will not keep paying the same rate they sign you up with. In fact you will be stuck paying 10x more than what was promised.

Terrible service. I pay so much for cable and internet and still have connection errors. I called the customer service line and they literally walk me through the same "uninstall reinstall procedure" 3x just for them to say they have no idea and need to call me back tommorow to fix whatever problem is going on. Im on social security and when my bill would come before pay day would make arrangements, then they still shut me off and charged late fees. Straw that broke camels back was this month on the 2nd they said they tried to take payment out but was insufficient funds!! I GOT PAID ONTHE 1ST AND WAS WAY MORE THAN ENOUGH IN THERE. Lost signal. Waited on hold for over 1hr to speak with an agent that never answered the phone. Went online to try to resolve the issue only to chat with four different people that could not seem to figure out the issue. Called customer service again, this time I was able to speak to somebody that again could not figure out the problem. Now I have to wait 48 to 72 hours for an advanced Technician to call me back. This is the worst service/product I have ever witnessed in my life. So much for being a new customer. Too bad its the only game in town.

Horrible customer service. Horrible people that answer the phone. No introduction, no telling you when you’re gonna put you on hold, rude communication, and they act like they don’t care whether you want to buy services or not. And by the way I was calling to buy some major services and I was bounced around between three different people one router than the other and nobody even asked me what I wanted to purchase.
