my technician CHRIS J was one of the best that I have had, he took great care to remove mice and reset traps under the house, he also assisted in teaching me tips about the best ways to eliminate interior ants. I have been a prior Terminex client for a few years but could never confirm my appointments so I was out working whenever service calls came, it was infuriating. I oversee a very large Senior Living community with a large commercial building. Our building was overrun by sugar ants, almost over night. We called a few local pest companies, but the only one willing to come to us on such short notice was Insight Pest Solutions. They explained their product and how they would address the problem. They shared how and why their pest product was safe, and really took the time to ensure our residents understood how they would spray and repeal our ant problem. Super happy with them and how professional they are. We now have a contract and haven't had issues since.

They set a lot of traps so we’ll see. They are unable to wall off their openings which was disappointing. Patrick was efficient and understanding of the problem. Please get your license to wall off the openings. If I knew in advance that you could not wall off the openings I probably would’ve kept checking with different exterminators to see who does but I didn’t know enough about exterminating rats to do so.
