They did not do what the sales person said was going to be done. The price is to expensive for what is done but they get you in by trying to show your getting a deal. They have not done what was to be done from the start and I say DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Lied about the cancellation fee to our faces. Claimed at the door we can cancel at any time with no repercussions, only to find out a few weeks later we were lied to and can only cancel after paying the full amount. What a horrible company who lies to gain customers.

Very disappointing. Naturally the salesman promises one thing the company delivered (not really ) another. The website says call us for a same day appointment, my experience is at least 2 week wait. Save your time and money go with a local company... trying to get my money back now...

We appreciate the feedback, Gordon. The local branch will be able to assist. Thanks!

Did not even realize he came. There are spider webs all around the house this morning, the next day. All around the railing of the deck. He left a note in the mailbox but didn’t know he was here. We were home all morning.

My wife was home all day and wouldn't have even known your tech came by if we didn't find the paper on the door. She has told the techs on the last 2 services that the inside needs to be treated for fleas. Techs told her they would have to service the inside for fleas on the next service. This has not happened.

I made a payment on the day the technician came but he didn’t give me any receipt to show that he received my payment. After the treatment, I still see cockroaches and spiders around my house. Messages and letters keep reminding me make a payment although I did.

When you pay for a service you would like to have it completed correctly. But since i was not at home to supervise it was not done correctly. This morning I walk into a big spider web by my garage door. Come on guys lets do a job correctly or find something else to do. Please call me and have a field supervisor get in contact with me.

I enrolled in June, because I had a minor ant, spider, and mouse problem. After the June treatment, I still had an ant, spider and mouse problem. After the July quarterly treatment, I now have a larger ant problem, still spiders, but I'm not sure about the mice. I don't know how, but my ant issue got worse, not better!
