I placed a reservation that I had to cancel due to the pandemic keeping my job remote. Their customer service was very friendly and understanding both when I placed my reservation and when I cancelled it. I’ll consider using their service in the future again.

GREAT PEOPLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I have used them 2 times in my life, pod rental and trailer move. Both times they have gone out of the way to be the most helpful company I have ever dealt with.

We loved Upack when we moved from one state to another. It is nice to have them just drop off the trailer, use what you need, and they can even store it until you are ready for them to deliver to your new house.
