Very unorganized and unprofessional. Would not recommend for anyone buying a house especially a first time home owner like myself. Had to resend multiple documents and my closing was pushed multiple times. The last times they pushed it was 45 MINUTES BEFORE closing after my family and I had driven all the way to Mauldin.

We try to educate all clients - especially first-time homebuyers - on things to avoid that may require additional docs or impact your closing date. Trust us, our teams always do their best to still get each client to the closing table once those unexpected situations arise.

This was the worst home buying experience I have ever had. Very unprofessional handling paperwork of this nature - had to resubmit multiple documents up to the last minute before closing even though the documents had already been provided.

Our representative Patrick was wonderful on the phone. Unfortunately that is the only positive experience I can give. Our Refinance turned into a 5 month nightmare of broken promises and excuse making (computer error, Proofing error, office error, postponing close; 2 hrs before it starts) I would never recommend to family or friends.
