Our loan officer, Kayla, was such a joy to work with. She made the process very easy in the midst of big stepping stones. She would work into the late hours of the day, while on sick leave, and tirelessly to help us get our approval. She is definitely an asset to the company. I will recommend Kayla to everyone I know.

Jade R our loan officer was fantastic and there every step. The underwriting process waited until literally the day before closing day to request important docs. Thankfully I work from home and was able to get the docs immediately but if I wasn’t, we most likely would’ve had to push our closing date back. I don’t understand that especially when the underwriters has our info for 3 weeks prior...
