The Bad

• Customer complaints
• No protection for Apple products

Most of their complaints have been Problems with Product or Service, and Billing or Collection issues. This is good reason to assume service may be short from what they promise online about the Bitdefender software. This company doesn't provide antivirus for iPhone or iOS tablet devices. Bitdefender is only available for Android, Windows phones/devices, PC, and Mac computers.
