Impressed how quickly the fire department came to my house after pushing the alarm. I like the convenience of the watch. Only complaint is having to charge it all the time.

The support staff seem very professional. They contacted me before the ambulance when my mother fell and hit her head. The device is handy and it has good service.

The necklace keeps hitting everything, I think I would enjoy it a little bit more if I was able to adjust it better. The only time I used it, the alarm went off and six people came.

There's too many times where the battery runs low. It says it's supposed to go for 2 days but it mainly goes 15 hours. But, there have been a few times where I have accidentally activated it and they were right on top of it immediately.

Anytime I have called them they have been very supportive and very patient with me. If the fall protection goes off I have trouble canceling it, so they call me on the phone and they're very nice and they help me cancel it.

I can evaluate only the signing up process, which was excellent. I've never used the service, and I hope never to need to. It's my insurance against trauma when I'm alone.

It's protection around the clock. I feel like I've given my husband the tools / devices he needs to stay protected in a medical emergency, especially when I'm not home.

The only complaint that I have is how it randomly goes off when I'm not even touching it. It will go off in the middle of the night and MobileHelp will call your phone to make sure everything is ok.

MobileHelp has been very responsive to the alerts, but I think the product is too sensitive. It registers falls and calls the paramedics even when it shouldn't.

I was very pleased with how fast paramedics came and helped me back up. The watch is a little cumbersome to wear everyday and I don't like wearing the necklace.

I fell four or five times, so I thought I should get one when I saw the advertisement. The alarm goes off quite often by itself, but they get in touch with me right away.

This is the size I wanted, I didn't want a big one that I'd have to carry around. One time, I pushed the button to test it and it they came on right away.

I've only tested it once and I couldn't get and response when I pushed the buttons. I think it was just a technicality and I will test it again the first of the month.

So far, I am not satisfied. I have not had it that long and it seems to be going off and I'm not even pressing the buttons or anything. I'm just moving in bed and it goes off saying they had a call that a fall has been detected. The customer support is fine because they respond right away.

I've had to use it quite a few times for them to call for assistance. They could answer a little faster on the phone. But they're very cordial and very helpful. The bracelet doesn't work that well but their necklace is ok.

I have had mishaps with my alerts because I accidently leaned against it when I picked up something..Other than that I like that I can wear it in the shower where the biggest chance for a fall can happen.

I first had the motion detector necklace, but it called way too many false alarms, and we couldn't keep paying for the ambulance to come for false alarm. We switched over to the regular necklace.

The call button is very sensitive. Sometimes all it takes is for me to sit down to set it off. They called a relative of ours who lives very far away telling them we might've fallen when the reason why we didn't respond was because of our hearing.

The woman that I spoke to when I was on the phone to find out about it was very thorough, very up-right and I was sold. I haven't heard a word from customer service for them to check on me for any reason. The previous company that I used would call twice a month if they hadn't heard from me and the current company has done nothing.

The device covers me when I'm not at home. You can use it even if you don't fall, like if you are in a bad situation you can press the button, and somebody would come on. I compared prices, and I think it's a good value.

The thing alerted several times a day even if I never touched it, but now it's operating okay. But, from the time that the alarm goes off to the time they call can be as much as 5-10 minutes. That's too long for them to try to contact me. If I was having a heart attack, they wouldn't be worth a damn.

We've had to use it about three times so far. The service has been good, but when she fell at night, MobilHelp sent me a notification via text message, not a call. Being a sound sleeper, I was unable to wake up and help.
