I cannot wear my fall button in the shower as it goes off. Yesterday I happened to be standing near the box when a voice said my csll had been activated, or something like that. I made no call

MobileHelp contacted me immediately when the alarm went off which I was satisfied with. The only downside of it is how easy it is to accidentally call for help.

I used it once and it was pretty fast. The price is a little bit more than others, that's the only problem.

The few times I've had to call them they were able to answer my questions, but the pendant seems to be a little cheap.

If I fall, they don't take long until they're on and asking if I need help. But, the watch doesn't work like that.

It's reassuring to know that if I am alone and something happens that there will be a notification going out.

I use it every day and I'm afraid to move because it's always going off. I can be in my chair when it goes off and says that it detected a fall even though I'm sitting.

I feel as though the device is too complicated for me. MobileHelp also tracks my steps and miles walked, but the steps aren't that accurate.

There was a time when I called and called again without a response. I was on the floor for two hours waiting for somebody to come. I don't use it much any more after that experience.

When I was testing it, it took over five minutes for the answer. I didn't think it was that prompt. I like the lock box with a key outside that the alert team can get into the house.
