Easy to set up. Would like a link stretch band on wrist alert. With arthritic fingers it is sometimes hard to fasten.

I cannot wear the necklace because every time I sit down on the sofa, I get an alert that a fall is detected. I can wear the bracelet but it does not detect an actual fall.

1. Have not have to use it so I can't judge it. 2. Pendant is too sensitive when wearing it and sets off the alert. I am now using the watch and so far I have been lucky to not need it.

I don't wear it very often because it seems like it goes off too much. Every time it bangs against something then I have to reset it. They are right there the minute it hits against something so they are very alert.
