Set up was easy. Like having both watch and necklace. Did not rate 5 as have not had occasion to use yet. Assuming will result in a 5.

Rather not list.

Would rate 5 stars if pendant/watch had speaker capability, tho I do like the smaller size of the devices compared to the "all-in-one" types.

I couldn't get it to start and I could get someone out here to get it set up. The device wouldn't work. They had to send me the rest of it all again and I didn't have any service for two weeks.

I've had it only a month and have not been impressed with it. My cord is lopsided and I've had to send it back for connection errors. I think that it's expensive. I wont recommend it to others.

I didn't like the device, it was a little too involved for me to use easily. I made the decision to cancel it and they sent me a small bill so I lost the money even though I never used the service.
