Immediate response; very professional, courteous, caring. There has been no real alerts yet but when the device has been accidentally activated, they have responded right away.

So far so good. No emergencies yet. The sales rep was very helpful, patient and cooperative. Delivery was prompt and the phone assisted set-up went smoothly. That's all I'm able to comment on at this stage.

The only time I've talked to customer service is when I was setting it up and they were very helpful. The device is very easy. It has a wide area of coverage and I'm very pleased with it.

When I pressed the alarm button on the device, customer service came on immediately and responded. The service offered by Medical Guardian seems to have the most benefits for the price.

The device comes equipped with GPS. I also like how I can speak into the device and talk with customer service. Customer service was very helpful when I was setting it up. The product is made of good quality.

The mobile device is light and easy to carry around. My mother uses it every day, and it is comfortable. I would like it if customer service called someone in the house before calling emergency services.

It seems to work like it's supposed to, and we can wear it in the shower. When they initially sent the box, they left out the pendant, but when I called they got it right over to me overnight.

One time we had to use them. The phone call I received that was left on my voicemail was really hard to understand and I caught the word "guardian" and I noted when the phone call came from so I put two and two together. It worked when we needed it to work.

They've been great. My mother moved the device and they called her right away and contacted her because they didn't have a signal. It seems like the signal gets picked up everywhere that it needs to be.

The one thing I don't like about it is that you have to charge it up every night. But, I wear it every day and I test the device once in a while to make sure it's still working.

I couldn't stay on my feet, so I pushed the button and had EMT's here within 5 minutes. The GPS helps because it makes it extremely dependable. The people who take the call are professional and helpful as well.

When I called to check the equipment, they answered right away and were pleasant. I went camping out in Northern Wisconsin for a week and checked the device out there and it worked out there in the woods.

Sometimes my pets will pull out the plug and someone will immediately call me to make sure I'm alright. I've called in several times with questions and they're always eager to answer them and make sure I'm satisfied.

As far as I know it works okay, one time I had some connection problems and they called me to make sure everything was okay. I wish it were useful when I left the house, it should be, but they said "no".

The reason I got this was so that I can leave buildings alone at night, but sometimes I forget to take the disk you have to carry around with you. The arm device isn't very beautiful, I think they could do something with it to make it look a little bit nicer.

The salesman I spoke with provided all the information that I needed. It was funny though, once we started testing it they kept calling here asking if there was a problem and we'd have to explain we were just testing it.

When we were testing it, they were patient with my Mom. But, she thinks the necklace is too long and heavy. She doesn't like the material of the bracelet as well. However, the box that sits on the table is very good. It's loud enough for her to hear even with her hearing deficit.

The pendant necklace only works inside, it has to be within a certain number of feet away from the electronic device. If my Mother goes out, she has to take the device with her. She had a different one before this one and it was all in one and I found that to be a little more convenient and effective.

It's easy enough to use and not that expensive. At one point I was in bed and in the middle of the night it beeped three times and I didn't know why and so they did a check on it and said it was okay.

Never loses connections, as my previous alert did constantly. But I have problems with the cord for the pendant. It is too long and when I readjust it, it slips back to too long.

I wear it mostly around my neck, and they are very prompt and courteous when you call in to make a test. It's a bit smaller than others, and it's very easy to use. The fact that it has a GPS on it is quite a benefit.
