My top aligners are piercing my tongue. I reached out and it sounded like they were going to help. It's been almost three weeks and two follow up emails and nothing. I am not wearing the top aligners because they don't fit and are causing sores on my tongue from resting on it.

Customer service has been handled via email. Email response takes 1-2 days. They provided only 15 weeks of aligners initially. When I emailed them, i was promised the next set in 4-6 weeks. That was not acceptable to me.

Everything so far is going smooth but they seriously lack information on how these aligners work. I‚Äôve never heard of them before and saw that they were easier and cheaper to use than braces, I went for it.

Byte representatives do all they can at the beginning to rope people in but as soon as I had an issue about treatment and the lack of progress, they delay tremendously on their response to me. I reached out before Christmas regarding my treatment. Iy is now mid February and still no progress, just back and forth nonsense. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they ignore that request. Do yourself a favor and go through a dentist for aligners.

The customer service is not as great as expected, it was like once I bought the plan, no one checked in anymore and the aligners themselves, well my treatment plan is now double what they said it would be without clear explanation as to why the first treatment did not work out. Eventually the aligners didn't fit perfectly and had to revert to previous weeks aligner. Still don't know if that will work yet. Fingers crossed that they will honor their smile guarantee.

Sent me aligners that don't fit and its been a nightmare getting help. I now have a box of aligners sitting that can't even be used by me. I requested a refund or AT LEAST to cancel the payments and quit the program but they requested note from Dentist. I had nothing but good things to day but once you guys receive your money and we sign the contract, no one cares anymore afterwards.
