We had the opportunity to stay at AC Hotel Tucson Downtown by Marriott for a convention the hotel is very nice and very up to date very luxury. The only problem with had was we stay on the side of the hotel where their was a club next to it and couldn't go to sleep until 3 am. But overall a great hotel!!

They are not the least expensive option, but there are many levels of price and they are all good value for the money.

I LOVE MARRIOTT. Great option for the cheaper hotels, and I LOVE THEIR RESORTS. The resort in Poipu, Kauai has the greatest service and is the most amazing hotel. You can't go wrong with them.

Their customer service is terrible. I have been on the phone with a wait time of no less than 45 minutes. I waited several times on these calls. Once I was connected, I was put on hold again to only be disconnected when someone else answered the call. I took to Twitter to complain and I have still been ignored by them. No reply to direct messaging either.

I enjoy that the staff is always kind when I go to Marriott hotels. The rooms are kept clean, and services are good. Some of the buildings are getting a little run down, but I enjoy staying at these hotels for the most part.
