I have stayed in many Marriott properties over the years. I have always found them to be a "step above" the other hotel chain brands. The prices are a bit higher, but the service, quality of room, and entire experience is also much better. Great place to stay.

This is one of the best hotels in the area. The prices are great and affordable. The rooms are awesome. They even have snacks in the room so you don't have to run to the lobby when you get a midnight sweet tooth. I recommend this place over any other hotel! You also get benefits from booking Marriott, if you book it enough you can become an elite member which gains discounts and better rooms

My husband and I have stayed with Marriott for the last 45 years. They always provide clean rooms and a very pleasant environment. The pool area and grounds are lovely and many hotels offer breakfast. The breakfast is hot and delicious with many options.

I have stayed at numerous Marriott Hotels during my travels. There are a number of “levels” of Marriott hotels varying from lower end (Springhill Suites) to high end (JW Marriott). Many of the Marriott hotels will offer a very nice continental breakfast, which is always a selling point for me.

Love my bed, but not so much at the front desk staff. We we're in Canada, right where the Niagara Falls. Checked in was pretty good, till the time I received my bill, there's fees on there that they added on and could not explain clearly enough about it. Then get upset with me! Why? So, more likely me and my family WILL NOT come back!

Whenever I say at Marriott, I know I am going to have a nice, clean room. Which is most important to me when staying at a hotel. You pay a little more usually with Marriott but you get more also.

Marriott hotel stays have always been good. They have good gyms and usually have really good breakfasts. They are definitely on the more expensive end, which makes it hard for families sometimes, but if you can afford them, they are really good. Espcially the few I have stayed at in NYC.

I think Marriott hotels and resorts haven't had as great of customer service since the pandemic (low on the funds?)...BUT overall they normally have great customer service and living accommodations. They usually provide free wifi and breakfast which is nice.

We have used Marriott Hotels for years! My husband stays there exclusively when he travels for business. For the most part I'm always impressed with cleanliness and service, however, since Covid began we have stayed in Marriott's 4 times and have been disappointed 3/4 of those stays. Front desk service has not been as friendly and cleaning service is mostly unavailable. Hoping future stays improve.

We stayed at one of the new Marriot suites. It was very modern and we found the layout of the room a little strange. But it was clean and well kept. The shower door wasn't aligned properly and a pool of water formed on the bathroom floor after each use. Used up quite a few towel mopping up the water. Still we had a nice stay.

We love to stay at Marriott and can always find great deals wherever we go. The front office staff are friendly and mind their own business. The rooms are clean and spacious. Pools and workout rooms always a plus and their hours too. We've had a few times with cleaning staff not cleaning when we wanted it cleaned but not a big deal.
