I travel a lot for business but I rarely stay at a Marriott hotel. They tend to be the price leader and for the most part, are expensive. Overpriced. However, the tradeoff is that you know exactly what you are going to get. It is the safe alternative with very stuffy customer service.

When we travel we normally stay at a Marriott. Why? Because of the consistency of the services no matter where we go. We tend to stay at the value level hotels because we're gone most of the day doing family activities. Having a location that serves breakfast is a huge plus to help reduce a customers daily cost especially on family vacations.

I really appreciate that the TV cable is pre-loaded with more family-friendly options than other hotels and they are always clean and comfortable whether it's a Fairfield, Courtyard or Full Service/five star property - you expect and receive the same level of quality.

in our experience, Marriott is the most consistent hotel chain. We travel quite a bit, and always choose Marriott if it is an option. They are usually very clean and breakfast is excellent. They tend to be a little pricier than other hotels with similar amenities, but with Marriott you know what you are getting.

I really quite like the Marriott, I think they always have very pretty style and comfortable beds. The last one I stayed in had such a beautiful bathroom, and really nice shampoo and conditioner. It's one of the few hotels that don't make me miss home.

The Marriott is kind of on a higher tier of hotels, but they are on the lower end of that tier. They have a more expensive price, and some better amenities than the lower hotels, but they are not as nice as other hotels. For me, they are not really worth the price most of the time. There was one in California that was very nice, but it was really quite far out of the way. It was newer and quite nice, but hardly any place delivered food there and there wasn't much around.

Every single Marriott I've stayed at has been consistent with each other. You don't get that city/tourist spot hotel vs countryside vibe that you get with a lot of other hotels. They breakfasts are always great, rooms comfortable, and their staff are very caring and are able to answer any questions you may have

The Marriott Hotels & Resorts are always clean and spacious. In addition, each time I visit one of the resorts, they have daily activities planned such as water aerobics, yoga, and feeding the fish (Newport Beach, CA). It is an extremely fun and great place to stay.

You can't go wrong with Marriott as far as having a great experience goes. The only reason I don't use Marriott more is because I'm often willing to sacrifice quality to save a few bucks. Marriott is high quality with excellent staff who want to make sure that you have a great experience. Luxurious rooms and amenities.

I love the Marriott Hotel they had a lovely work out room where I can do a daily workout each day. I also love how crystal clear their pool was you could see the bottom of the pool in the deep end. The grab and go for breakfast was very well thought out meal it wasn't just a thrown together at the last minute.

I stay at alot of hotels because of travel and Marriot is probably one of my favorite places to stay. The rooms are always clean and the beds are extra comfortable. The stay may not be the cheapest in town but its definitely worth every penny.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was located in an amazing spot central to loads of shops, restaurants, and a great big lake. I was elated by the cleanliness and prompt service. The view definitely captured my eye and increased my experience and stay at the Marriott Hotel. I’ll definitely be back for future visits.

We have stayed at several Marriott Hotels and have always enjoyed our stay. The receptionists have always been so helpful and patient. Also, at least at the ones we have stayed at, there was always a restaurant available for breakfast! The cost of the rooms are reasonable.

The hotel rooms are nice and clean and the staff are very helpful. If you are staying for a while, bring a swimsuit and take a nice swim or sit in the jacuzzi. The morning breakfasts are nice and there is a good variety of food whether you want sweet, healthy, or hearty.

I appreciate that they know me as a gold member, know my preferences, and when I was there last. Bonvoy provides a great app to manage my bookings, and check my points to see how many points ai have to spend for my upcoming vacations.

Usually i prefer Marriott Hotels when i travel but during 2020 i stayed in a hotel that was really dirty. I brought cleaners and wiped down everything. The carpets and floors had visible dirt, especially around the edges. I only give 4 stars because my experience in the past was better but during Covid times, they really drop the ball and clean a lot less. They claim to clean more carefully but in reality, they only cleaned the rooms during your stay if you stayed longer than a few days. Good thing i brought cleaning supplies with me.

Sometimes I get breakfast at the hotel and its pretty good too. If your going to stay in a hotel and money isnt a problem then Marriott is for you.

Marriott is always a go-to place to stay for our family! The rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy, and the staff members are always happy, eager, and willing to help with anything we need. I love the way they rotate what is on the menu for the complementary breakfast so that you can have some variety when you are staying for several days.

We had a multi-leg family road trip and used Marriott as one of the hotels during that trip. It was a good hotel and we enjoyed our time there. The room seemed like new and was very clean. The free breakfast had a lot of selection and long hours so we could all eat regardless of what time we got up.

We travel a lot for baseball so we stay in a Marriott 99% of the time and we are never disappointed. Their customer service is great. I have only had one bad experience in all the stays I’ve had at multiple Marriott hotels. They have always been clean. The one bad experience happened in Anchorage when I was woken at 4:30 am by someone trying to open my door but I had the latch in place that heat them from getting in.

I recently went on vacation and stayed at a Marriott Hotel in the Clearwater, Florida area. It was during COVID-19 and I was pleasantly surprised by the precautions that were in place to ensure we had a safe stay. We were also glad to have some of the comforts of home with a warm breakfast that was prepared and served in a safe way. We almost forgot about the coronavirus craziness because our stay almost felt like normal. We always know we can trust a Marriott hotel and it's why we try to book one whether we're going far or staying close to home for a staycation.

We always have a great experience when we stay at Marriott Hotel and Resort. Most recently, the front desk went and purchased a box fan for us when we were having a hard time getting our baby to sleep without white noise. They go above and beyond! I highly recommend!

I stayed at the Marriott in Key West and loved every second of it! The hotel was pristine, colorful, and full of vibrant plants! Additionally, the food was great and the staff was super friendly. I can't speak for other locations, but if anyone is planning a trip to Key West I highly recommend staying here.

I stayed in a Marriott while visiting Orlando, FL once, for a conference. The hotel was large and had a lot of great restaurants and the conference room was impeccable and not too small. If given a chance, I'd stay in another one with no questions asked!
