Too many claims were denied over the past six years. I have replaced 2 A/C units and water heater on my own. Not worth the money or aggravation.

I switched from AHS and Choice has denied every single claim. After spending $5,000 on two long term warranties, I am hugely disappointed.

Choice home warranty is a scam. Nothing is ever covered. They always find a loop hole to get out of paying for anything.

Prices too high for service plan offered that does not hardly cover most of my needed repairs. I'm going with a better plan.
