I have yet to have a follow up call to know what is going on with both my fridge parts and my dryer. I was told I would hear something that day, and am still waiting.

I don't have services to review. I will say that the sales rep was very pushy and because of that I almost didn't purchase.

I was very unhappy with the service at Choice Home Warranty. I had a problem with my hot water heater and it took them 4 days to get an appointment for me. The customer reps were really rude.
