The microwave went out and it couldn't be fixed so they said they would give me a check but it has been close to a month now. Other than that it has been good, they send somebody out to get back to you right away and let you know whether they are going to replace it or have it fixed.

I was looking for a company I could trust to help me deal with problems and I have a fixed income and they were number one. I've only had one problem which fortunately my neighbor was able to help me out with but the call lady was very receptive when I called to cancel and they were going to send someone to fix it.

Very reasonably priced and get someone out immediately. Their service is wonderful. They act promptly and follow up with appointments and keep in contact with me on every move. I did not have a good experience with other home warranty company but they are responsible and the service is wonderful.

They did what they're supposed to do. They call me back right way and they check in on me. I'm still waiting on my response but they're checking in on me. My oven and microwave gave out a month ago and they sent someone to take care of it but they had to replace the microwave so they're taking care of it.

Personally I think they have been great. I always have a good experience. Anytime we file a claim, they are very quick to respond and in most cases the repair company is able to come quickly. If they're not able to repair it, they replace it.

I think the price of the warranty it okay but it could be a little bit lower. Sometimes the claim time will take a little bit longer when you're in an emergency but most of the time it is okay. I had to pay out of pocket when I had a plumbing issue and I couldn't wait the 48 hours. Generally speaking the technicians I got have worked out with good quality. I appreciate that.

Choice was on a list of things seniors should have. I've only used them once but they handled it promptly and efficiently with no hassle. The one thing I will say is I get tired of the daily emails asking me to join when I'm already a member.

I've had them more the 10 years and I've been satisfied with their service. They are very attentive. Just a couple weeks ago there was a problem with the plumbing and the pool pump. I had to call them twice in a day and both issues were resolved within 3 days. The do the work as fast as they can as best as they can.

To make this short and sweet, we had a problem with our refrigerator. I called Choice. They sent an excellent serviceman who was very good. He had to order a part and the next day, he came with the part and fixed the problem. I only had to pay my deductible. Honestly, I was very pleased.

Really good warranty. Customer service and everything was really good and whoever we talked to took the time to explain it. They are really helpful and polite. I think it's a little too expensive but that's my only complaint.

Choice is a little less expensive than American Home Shield, who I was formerly with, and I wanted to save some money. The response time was not as good as American when I requested service. I tried to get a mechanic out here to service my clothes dryer but he forgot to come so they had to reschedule a different one and then I had to wait for parts. When I complained about the situation, they did try to rectify the situation. I'll see how things go and I might go back to American Home Shield.

I love the program and look forward to being a long term customer. They respond quickly and resolve everything quickly. I was having problems with my air conditioning and they told me they would schedule someone to come out on Wednesday but that didn't happen, they came out earlier. I was very pleased that they got to me right away.

Been with them seven or eight years now and they seem to take care of everything. When I have a problem, I call them and they get back to me within a half an hour with a name. Most of the time the people they send are good, though every once in a while they send somebody where I know more about what they're doing then they do and I tell them to leave and call Choice to tell them to send somebody else.

When I call them to file a claim I usually have a response in about an hour or less. The representative they send out to do work are always very competent. Most recently I had a plumbing issue. They sent someone out to repair it but the same problem recurred. They sent someone back out the next day and the problem was fixed.

For a single woman, who can't do all this stuff on her own, which I am right now, I would suggest it. They gave me a better deal than the other company I had. There was a time when my AC unit wasn't working properly and the AC guy came and it didn't work so I had to pay two hundred dollars to replace a couple of long pipes and now it works. I hope more stuff gets covered.

So far they've done what they said they were going to do. The service they offer is better than the other company who screwed me around. They are always available and easy to get in touch with. If I have a question, somebody is there to answer it. My air conditioning quit working and I was able to get somebody out the next day. I like the price.

I had to call back on Monday to get my service because they weren't open. I just used it last week. My sink was clogged up and I needed help. So they called me back and found a technician. It was four days before he could come and that was very disappointing. I couldn't cook or wash things so it was very inconvenient and I was very surprised that they couldn't find one on that day. So I went online and found somebody that could come the very same day I called them. Choice said they would reimburse me and I haven't received any reimbursement yet.

CHW is excellent company to use for your home warranty. I have been a subscriber for almost 3 years; have used the service about 10 times without a glitch. If you choose Choice Home Warranty for your home service company, you won't be sorry.

I got this warranty to help with house emergencies since I'm widowed and elderly and can't do them myself. When I had a sewer back up and couldn't use my toilet I filed a claim with choice warranty and it took them almost twenty four hours to find a plumber and they set the appointment for a week out. They expected me to go without toilet facilities for a week. I asked if I could use my own Plumber. They said yes but he had to call them for them to approve it which he did and I got my sewer cleaned after three days. They did refund me for the plumber within 30 days.

I've had other home warranty companies that were absolutely useless. I chose choice home warranty because the reviews were very good and they were highly recommended. I had a dishwasher break. I had some questions about my coverage so I called my account manager and left two messages. She never called back so I had to use the general number. I reported my AC was out Saturday morning and they could not get a technician out until Monday afternoon. I felt that was a little too long to wait based on what I was told when I purchased my warranty.
