The plumber that came was VERY knowledgeable and extremely fast in fixing the problem with the garbage disposal. We’ll see on Wednesday how well the stove repair goes.

1. I dislike that I paid 3 service fees, a total of $225 in 30 days for the same issue with AC unit claim filed 7-25-21. 2. The first claim I filed with Choice back in April 2021 for my garbage disposal unit, the technician was not paid in a timely manner and sent me a bill. This was after I had spoken with a claims manager about approving the claim. 3. My garage door was broken and I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs. Basically, I have paid out of pocket more than I paid for the Choice warranty. I will not be renewing my policy once it expires.

Experience ok, but appt. was made for several days after request, and we did lose some refrigerated products because of it. Seems no technicians of any kind are near use in Venice Fl.

I am NOT happy with C.H.W.. Your "Low Ball" of not even half the cost of a replacement to my not working and now lost dishwasher much less the cost of someone to install it. I now have to spend even more of my retirement pay to get a appliance that was supposedly covered by this insurance. I consider this to be legalized "Highway Robbery". So happy to take my money and NOT willing to replace a appliance covered at cost.

Choice is very misleading and assumes that everyone will read the fine print on what is covered and is not. The other issue is that I was informed by a customer support rep that I could update my account and cancel my account online if I want to. This is also misleading as I cannot cancel my account. I was informed that my case manager would call me on 27 Aug at 1000. I have yet to receive that phone call. Cancel my policy now as I will no longer allow this company to take my money.

Choice Home Warranty, choice of company was on time for the appointment. The technician did not fix the problem. He determined it was a clog and needed further advice from his employer before he proceeded, at which point he left. He called to advise me that he cold fix the problem for a substantial price, and left it in my hands. l then called Choice Home Warranty and was informed for faster service l should go online which i did, and left a testimonial.. I would like the last technician that worked ln my plumbing to return please.

I THINK CHW IS NOT AS GOOD AS AHS....YOU DO NOT GET VENDORS TO CUSTOMERS HOME IN A TIMELY MANNER I.E. AC OUTAGE --- TAKES 2 DAYS WHICH IS WAY TOO SLOW.....WHEN I WAS A MEMBER OF AHS FOR 15+ YEARS I WOULD USUALLY GET A REPAIR PERSON THE NEXT OR SAME DAY.....WITH CHW ITS BEEN 2 DAYS

Poor customer service. Customer support read from written templates like robots without considering the practical issue at hand. I find that i can only get a claim approved if i invest a significant amount of my own time which generally means escalating to a manager

Now I am been told about retail prices etc. your ashes person need to be honest. As people trust what they say. However clearly they are trained to mislead innocent people.

If you like frustration this is the warranty for you. Air conditioner issue was reported on 8/9. With no reason given Choice Home Warranty fired the first HVAC company they chose after they recommended a new unit. They then decided to send out a second one without consulting us. We are still waiting for resolution after twelve days. The second technician never showed up today after we waited from 11am to 3pm. The manager promised to call.....still waiting......It's 94 degrees here. Just sayin'.

Had some issue with AC evaporation coil and filed a claim on june 15. They assigned a technician but could not fix the issue until July 22 then they asked to find technician myself and fix the issue and said they will reimburse the cost . Unfortunately when the work was done refused to reimburse, I had to pay all money from my pocket, horrible customer service. Don’t waste your money to buy CHW

My experience with choice home warranty so far has not been good, my a/c has a leak from a refrigerant leak in the coils and to my surprise this is not covered by the warranty, they did offer me a discount to repair with their tech but only after I spoke to manager Micheal who I must say was very nice. I’m really not happy with their service!

Filed a claim with Home Warranty Company for Themodor gas cook top to fix one of the burner that would not come on. They sent twice unqualified non certified Themodor repair company to diagnose. Paid them $65 each. HWC denied the repair, which still I do not know the reason. They have refused to give me a copy of the diagnosis. I called a certified repair company and they gave me a quotation of $550 waiting for parts to have it fixed.

I submitted my claims on July 19th, it has taken until August 6th to find technicians. One appointment was made with a repair company no longer doing business with Choice Home Warranty. I had to contact CHW to request another technician be found. Once another technician was found, CHW sent an email with the scheduled appointment for a Saturday; I called to confirm with the company as was informed they don't work on Saturday. Thus far, I am not thrilled with the communication and follow through from Choice Home Warranty. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

I paid the annual rate for two years from choice home warranty, and went with a new company when the contract expired. CHW never had authorization to automatically withdraw from my account, however automatically renewed my account and began withdrawing from my account. When I called and requested the money to be refunded because I had went with another company they stated that they could only refund me one month.

I called in a claim for dryer and have not had a call for appointment. I checked website and it stated one was set for 2 weeks out. This is unacceptable. I have had this home warranty for years and have never had to wait that long for service. I was informed that the fee went up to $85.00 from $45.00. I called and your employee stated you were not an emergency service company. That answer is not acceptable. I have always suggested to my friends to get Choice Home warranty. I need to re-think that advice.

I think that choice warranty like all other home warranty companies are a fraud. I think that you guys collect customers annual fees and give very little to nothing in return for those fees. My compressor went out on my air-condition and Choice said that it was to old to replace so I got nothing and now may have to replace my a/c unit. My unit wasn't to old when you started taking my money, it got old when you thought you might have to replace it. As I said earlier home warranties/Choice are a FRAUD!!!!!

1. Difficult to understand what customer service agents are telling you. 2. I feel as though choice should have paid for the service provided and feel as though since service could fix the problem by only putting a bandage on, and recommended replacement that Choice should replace system as this was on going and in three years only filed claims for the AC. I am still debating October renewal . 3. Would I recommend Choice, not sure.
