Service callout providers have been getting much better. Only reason for not rating 5 stars is annual fee.

I rated a 5 before but my last service could not come out for 1 1/2 weeks to come out which is not good for a refrigerator leak.

It took them four weeks to replace my refigerator in September 2019. My HVAC went out in December 2019 and I had to pay for that myself. It took them 6 weeks to replace my microwave, took them 11 weeks to fix my stove.

I am very disappointed with the way AHS handle my account for $100 credit that I was given then, tried to collect the funds when I used the credit for my garbage disposal repair!

The phone service stinks and they push you to do all online which is at times difficult. I've called multiple times and waited over 1 hour for a call only to be told to go to the internet.
