I have had BCBS for several years. I have always had a good experience with them. If there is a billing error with a provider they have been quick to respond. I have been fortunate that all of provider have been on their approved list.

Worst insurance ever. When you try to call it takes days sometimes weeks to get ahold of anyone. I have waited on hold for over 40 minutes and the call just disconnects. They don’t approve most of the prescription I was on for years. Horrible service.

Cigna was excellent health insurance. HOWEVER, they were to refund me one month's premium. It was to arrive in 15 days. It has now been 30 days and no refund. I find businesses like Cigna want their payment on or before the due date but when they owe the customer money, time becomes irrelevant. Because of this I would definitely think twice before I would have their coverage again. I stayed on the phone with them three hours, my insurance agent has called them numerous times. Still no refund.

Absolutely worthless insurance. Having serious heart issues and they have denied all stress tests. Also they pay 20% of the cost of a medicine I need to continue living. Leaving me with Over a $600 bill per month. What a joke!!!!

Cigna’s program Healthy Rewards® offers discounts on alternative medicine, vitamins, fitness, and more. It is included with most of Cigna’s health plans. Most of Cigna’s health plans also include Telehealth, which allows members to schedule virtual appointments with doctors. This feature makes it easy and quick to meet with a doctor for non-emergency situations.
