Aetna provides excellent benefits -- on paper. Unfortunately, it is their adjusters (not you or your doctor) that deem care "medically necessary". Seems crazy.

Lousy, they don't help personally, you get 'robo help' when you try to do a "live" chat, and if you ask a question not already in the FAQ, you get some pat nonanswer.
