Just bought a Henry AR 7 survival rifle. Checkout and Delivery was fast, problem is I had a missing part which prevented assembly. The fix is easy and Henry is taking care of it, I set up a chat just to let Buds know, you would an I'm sorry or we apologize would follow even a coupon off my next order. Got nothing but you should have looked closer and refuse delivery. Nice customer service.

Order Date: 04/01/22 Shipped 04/13/22 Delivered 04/15/22 to FFL Availability 04/16/22 Buying a handgun from Buds Gun Shop is such a hassle. I was told they are not a real gun shop & sits on customers money for Buds benefit. Every rule for the handgun purchase is to Bud's advantage which frustrates customers. They ship orders very SLOW compared to other on-line gun web sites. The attraction to save a few dollars with a personal check takes another week. In total, it is over 2 weeks with shipping time. I do not recommend doing business with BUDS. Peter L C New York State Police

I ordered 200 rnds of 7.62x.39. The website said the delivery times could be up to 2 weeks instead or 5 days because of high orders during Covid 19. They got my order to me in less than 2 weeks in plain brown paper parcels. I’m very happy with the delivery tracking and the product.

Thought I'd give them a try and order a few magazines from them for Christmas presents. Order said it was shipped the next day. Never heard anything beyond that. Never received the product. Called. Was told it was not in stock. I wasn't notified, the order on their web site still says "Shipped". Had to complain and get refund. Won't be shopping there again.
The Final Word
Cheaper Than Dirt sells much more than just firearms and ammunition. This can often hinder a company’s ability to provide a decent online firearm and ammunition selection; however, Cheaper Than Dirt seems to beat the odds. Cheaper Than Dirt sells top firearm brands like Remington, Smith & Wesson, Glock, Berretta, and more. The company has a solid 90-day return policy and allows customers to filter by brand, caliber, action type, new arrivals, clearance, price, and much more. Cheaper Than Dirt’s extensive filtering options are helpful for customers who want to quickly find what they are looking for.
In addition to the items it sells, Cheaper Than Dirt offers a helpful online knowledge center, a rewards program, a helpful gun-buying guide, FFL dealer locator, and more on its main website.
Unlike Cheaper Than Dirt, Bud’s Gun Shop focuses more on providing firearm and ammunition products than selling additional outdoor-related items. Bud’s Gun Shop allows has a helpful compare feature that customers can use to compare multiple products on its website. Customers who shop on the Bud’s Gun Shop website can filter firearms by caliber, manufacturers, price, weight range, and availability.
Additionally, Bud’s Gun Shop offers a unique auction option that allows customers to buy and sell firearms directly on its company website. This auction option can help those with cheaper budgets find a quality, used gun to purchase or it can help customers who are looking to sell some of their firearm collection.
Overall, both Bud’s Gun Shop and Cheaper Than Dirt have quite a bit to offer in terms of firearms and ammunition. Those looking to purchase firearms and ammunition should visit both websites to see what each company has to offer before making a final buying decision.
