World Market is perfect for the creative gift giver. With artisanal vibes and products from all over the world, you can find just about anything from food, home goods, to clothing. I have found some of the coolest treasures here and all is relatively priced!

Awful. No customer service at all. Everything I asked, they refused. I wanted to send some mugs as a gift. I put in the address of the person and my address for the billing. After I saw there was no way to send as a gift. I wrote them immediately, within 2 minutes and they wrote back and said the price would be inside of the gift and there was nothing they could do about it. Then I asked them to cancel the order and they told me it was too late, just a few minutes after I purchased it. Then I asked if they could send it to my address and they said maybe but from the tracking I see it was not sent to me. How embarrassing to send someone a gift with the price inside. Now all I can do is hope it gets there in one piece.

Came in on Saturday the 8th of Dec. While in line a young employee asked if I wanted to save 30% on my basket. I said yes. She said to put a number in. Tried twice didn't work. Long story short, never asked if I was a member or wanted to become one. The elderly women running the cashier had not a clue. Brought over a very rude supervisor who didn't listen to what I was saying or said would help. Left probably $100 in the basket and left. I have been shopping at world market for decades, although at the forum location in Selma, TX and never will again.

I purchased 4 forest green Lydia dining chairs. The chairs arrived without the legs. Who packs a box of chairs without the legs? Unbelievable. When I called the company regarding the issue, I was informed that parts and services will contact me between 3-5 business days. So, I will not receive the legs of the chairs for another two weeks. So dissatisfied and disappointed in the company. I will not be purchasing from World Market. They are unreliable and do not care about inconveniencing their customers.

I signed into their rewards program and after four or five years and well over hundred dollars in purchases (including several pieces of furniture) today I found that I was not really a member, despite all the times that I entered my tel. number wich was allways accepted by the cash register. So as a result I did not receive any benefits from their faulty program. The cashier just gave me a brochure with instructions on how to sign up again... Really? World Market, you will not see me again.

Awesome store. They are very unique from other stores. They have high prices but a lot of cool furniture and a lot of other stuff. It is worth going to
