the color and quality of the eyeglass is excellent unfortunately , i need to return due to lenses are too thick and make blurry vision when used. it might be a wrong prescription used. I had purchased eyeglass previously with the same preacription and never had any problem. i cay say, it is hit ot miss thing. the returnn process is easy and fast.

I love the look of the frames. My vision is still blurry though, so I don't think they match my prescription perfectly which is a bummer. That is my only concern. Otherwise, they came in a timely fashion!

EyeBuy used a "-" instead of a "+" for my prescription causing a slight delay in receiving them. Also did not receive a return shipping label as promised for sending back the incorrect glasses.

varieties of frames and glasses little bit slow on making the items, takes more than two weeks. but its not that terrible i think glasses are usually made two weeks.

I've tried to return these glasses twice and still haven't received the return prompt it said would be coming within 24hrs of those attempts. Also, I was under the impression that these glasses were returnable, no questions asked, but when I went to return it said only store credit is available? That's pretty misleading. And there aren't any smaller frames that appeal to me, so I basically just got tricked into throwing $50 down the drain.

Customer service was a pain and super rude when I contacted them in regards to my order status. I was scoffed at and told I just needed to wait until I received my order when I questioned why my order hadn't moved past a production stage for longer than 4 days.
