First time ordering glasses online with my prescription. Worked great. Easy ordering, half the price of the local eye glass shop. Will be ordering again.

I love the prices and the ease of placing an order. I would love to see the ability to sort frames by more parameters (e.g. molded vs. adjustable nose pads).

My glasses were good- lenses perfect - frame good quality - style - a little to large for me. Overall, nice job. The frames should be sent first to try on. I should have used the virtual try on feature

The "try on" feature works very well with your own picture. Great prices, frame dimensions and pictures were each helpful for picking the right frames for me.

I like the prices but I don’t like how the lenses cost extra, especially since they are just regular prescription glasses. The quality are always excellent and they come with a case and wipe.

It is very hard to order the Transitions on line. The point on the glasses were the prescription starts to change is to high and It would have been nice to be able to chose were that should be.

Very easy to use and prices are awesome. My only complaint is my glasses had a foggy film on one of them thats hard to wipe clean. I even used alcohol.

The order status didn't seem up-to-date with the process, but I am happy with my experience. I will use the service again, as well as referring others to you.

Great prices! Can't beat that! You get what you pay for though. These glasses are not as durable as my old pair. But! I could buy... about 20 pairs for the cost of 1.

I love my glasses! They also clean really well, which is important to me; I left Zennioptical because their glasses kept getting spots and not coming clean.

I had a credit and placed an order. Some how my credit wasn't applied and money was withdrawn from my account. This caused a big inconvenience. In the end, it was worked out . I like the glasses and will probably order again

Mel ,

There’s many styles to choose from. You’re able to try them on with a picture of yourself before purchasing a pair of glasses and that’s been a great help.

The best thing is that I was able to get sunglasses for a very reasonable price! Another thing that I like is that the case is also not bulky and is a cleaning cloth !!!!

I found ease of ordering a big factor. The only thing I do not like about my glasses is that they seem flimsy. I wish the frames felt more stable. So far though, no problems.

I can not specify seg height on my flat-top bifocals. My OD should be 1.5 mm higher than the OS, but your system allows no such specification. It's working better than I expected, though. Also, I did not order AR, but got it anyway. I HATE AR...

Good service. I did request one of my glasses to be changed colors and the order claims I picked the color I wanted to switch to but did not actually change it. Other than that, good product.

Not bad...I’m a little disappointed that the sunglasses I ordered are not RX...it seems my RX didn’t get saved properly so that’s a bit of a hassle, but other that, I’m pleased.

I loved both experiences with the exception that with this order my sunglasses were too big. They are the same size that I had purchased before with a stronger prescription but this pair slides off my face.
