My favorite part of my experience was definitely the ability to have my new glasses with their new prescription in a timely fashion. My old pair broke at work, and I was able to get a check up that weekend, and that sunday night I ordered from EyeBuyDirect. With the 2 day shipping special I had my glasses by Tuesday night.

I've bought from EyeBuyDirect before, never had an issue with previous orders. My most recent order was troubling since my account said it was delivered in my mailbox 3 days prior to when I actually received it. Besides that, I love the glasses. Love the company.

I loved my Botanist glasses with the wooden frame so much that I bought them in another color as well. So happy with them! I also ordered prescription sunglasses and I couldn't be happier!

I love my glasses, great quality and I’ll be back for more at the low price points they offer!! I can remember paying $300-$400 for a single pair of glasses growing up. Never again!!

It's been a great experience, and I love my new glasses and prescription shades!! The only thing I took slight issue with was the status of my order always said lens cutting, and then I got my glasses. The process status just wasn't kept up on the site, but I did my glasses faster than I expected. Thank you!

Love the this company cause it's good quality for a low price. They made my glasses perfect for me. My only dislike is it takes almost 2 weeks to come. But in the same time it's worth it.

Once I received my glasses, they are spot on to my specific eye details and could not be more clear. I used the face test guide from the website while picking out frames and both sets are good for my face type.

EyeBuyDirect is a great place to purchase glasses. I just wish that some of the glasses shown on the #EBDFamily page on the website were in a size large because there were glasses that I would have purchased if they were in a size large.

First pair of glasses took a long time to be delivered. They were great once received. Second pair was advertised as "grey" but when it was received, it was a khaki color. This frame was also much smaller than my first pair, even thought they were both Mediums. The frame was very flimsy and felt like it could be broken in half with little effort. I attempted to return online as advised but the system would not work after several days of attempting. Finally got the replacement approved via email. Hoping the third pair is a winner like the first, and is received in a timely manner!

EyeBuyDirect has quality glasses for a fraction of the price. They last a long time. The site is easy to use, and I have had no problems receiving my purchase in a timely manner.

I love the prices and options but the delivery is lacking. I tried to track the shipping but every time I did, the status was always the same. On day 12 I checked the progress again and the website still said it was in the process of lense cutting/bevel then a few hours after that, they were delivered to my home. The tracking/shipping details definitely need improvement.

I've had a good experience with eyebuydirect every time I've ordered from them. Pricing is clear and extremely fair, there are so many options to choose from, and I'm always satisfied with my order.

Cheap, decent quality glasses. Delivery takes a while, but that's to be expected when they ship from China. Much better than paying into the extremely overpriced Luxottica monopoly. Seriously, google it.

My prescription is very expensive at a normal eye doctor (partial blindness) plus I work in a very Manuel field and I break glasses like there’s no tomorrow. So the most inexpensive options are super appreciated. My fiancée says sadly the aviators make me look like I have a metal unibrow.

Love the selection of frams and the prices. I wear readers at night and when sewing, other wise I wear a contact so didn't want to spend a fortune on a pair of glasses. This is the best deal in town!

Got my orders after significant delay (but the communication about why was acceptable). Ordered (3) pair. I hoped that all three would be fine. Only two were okay. The third one seems to have an issue with the prescription. I've attempted to connect with EyeBuyDirect in order to return the problematic glasses as well as receive a refund. EyebuyDirect is not responsive to following through with the request I made to take care of this. I previously received a voucher for a significant discount on my next order. This does not make me want to continue supporting EyeBuyDirect OR sharing some of the positive experience that I have had - with family, friends, or on social media. I wanted to like EyeBuyDirect. I have mixed feelings enough to encourage others to try something different and I will also tell them why I don't want to support EyeBuyDirect.

Eyebuydirect is a convenient way to order eyeglasses, online. My glasses are delivered to my home in a short period of time. Plus, I have a large selection of frames to choose from that are reasonably priced.

I love my glasses however there was a two week delay and it almost took an entire month to get here. As far as I know it was supposed to ship from California or something? I got an email about the delay which is very good but it’s unfortunate that it happened.

Having to write a credit card validation form was insane. Is your credit so bad you have to confirm in writing??? And the delivery was--yes, as stated--a very long 10 business days. That's odd in this age. And too long! Yes the price was fantastic & the quality seems OK.

Overall, my experience was good. My order was delayed because of issues with shipping from China. I just wish the company would have informed me of this earlier instead of after I received my glasses. I was waiting on my order for three weeks without knowing any updates.

It took a little longer than anticipated to receive my order but they were wonderful and keeping me posted with the processing issues they were experiencing. I have already recommended them to many friends and family for future purchases.

I placed an order on the 25th of January and two weeks after was notified that the vendors they previously had were shut down and had to find other sources for their supplies. I ended up wating almost a month for my glasses. The glasses look great so far and I have no issues with them yet. Would be nice to have a second pair of these since I had to wait so long for them.

Eye Buy Direct is the best place to get glasses online. It is but expensive but they a have a super diverse choice in frames so anyone can find whatever is perfect for them. If you are ok to order without trying the frames on then go for it!

I have only bought glasses from EyeBuyDirect and I have loved them all. They have really great deals on frames and lenses and the quality and styles are great as well. They also ship quickly. I do wish my glasses had a warranty though in case something were to happen to them.

For the price of the glasses, I would recommend EyeBuyDirect. However, if you have a strong prescription or need special accommodations for your glasses (e.g. astigmatism correction), I would purchase higher quality glasses. The EyeBuyDirect glasses are cheap and it shows, but if you love switching up your glasses or finding yourself constantly replacing expensive pairs, I would use this site.
