SurveyMonkey is transparent with its pricing and includes the pricing structures for both personal and business accounts. But SurveyMonkey offers its products to educators and students at a discounted price. The Standard Plan is usually $99 per month; however, the educator/student discount reduces the cost to only $26 per month. The Advantage Plan will cost most users $32 per month, but the discount lowers the monthly price to just $23 per month (billed $276 annually). Although, users should be aware that they will need a valid student, staff, or faculty ID to qualify for the discounted price.

Free Basic Plan

For users that don’t want to sign up for a paid plan, SurveyMonkey does offer a free basic plan. While users won’t get the full scope of features and survey capabilities, they will have the ability to create an unlimited number of surveys, track email responses, write 10 questions per survey, and view 100 responses per survey. Basic plan users will also be able to see real-time results, share survey data, and view data trends.
