The Bad

Pricing information
Experience

If customers want pricing information on DNS services, get ready for a frustrating process. One won't find this information online. Instead, customers have to fill out a form online and wait for a customer service representative to respond. There is no definitive timetable for how long one will wait for a response. Also, prices vary depending on customer selections. CSC has only operated the DNS line of business since 2013, so experience in this area is lacking. Though the company as a whole has an obvious advantage of a long history, the DNS arm does not. There are still growing pains and learning curves that customers may wish to avoid and would be enticed to seek another provider.

The Bottom Line

CSC is a strong, long-established company that provides a plethora of services and products. It is almost as though is has spread itself too thin, though, leaving the DNS services lacking in some areas such as customer service and variety of DNS service offerings. Customers would do well to consider other companies first.

I have been pushed onto the back burner with customer servicean claims department about a claim I had to submit.these ppl keep lieing to me saying they have not yet reviewed my claim. Its been almost a month now an the customer an claim ppl from their department get paid to lie to you. I am now going to BBB an general attorney to look into the matter if I do not hear anything back by today. The machines ruin your laundry by ripping them an stink all your items up like burnt rubber. . also if I do not get reimbursed I will talk to all my neighborhood an boycott this company. There is a laundry mat one minute away from our apartments, their machines are maintained and do not rip my items also they Do Not Stink!

CSC was responsible for services at the rose bowl for fireworks. The staff was ill-informed. Different people gave different answers to the same question. They misinformed people regarding security and the size of bags that could be brought into the stadium. The worst thing is that the bags which had to be checked, had no system whatsoever to return the bags. It was like immigrants’ children at the Mexican border with the Trump administration.
