Wells Fargo was my first credit card I opened at 18 years old. The only con that I can say about this credit card, is they don’t automatically increase my credit card limit like Bank of America does. However, they do offer some nice cash back perks.

I currently have and use a Wells Fargo Credit card. I appreciate the flexibility it provides. One thing I don't love is I'm only able to make a certain amount of payments on it monthly. I like to make payments often so I'm not accruing debt and paying interest on purchases.

Overall my experience with wells fargo has been great. Customer service takes the time to explain the conditions of my card and answer my questions. The wait time to reach an operator has never been more than 2 minutes.

Wells fargo has been a steady bank credit card for me. While the credit card rates are not the lowest, they are fair. They make up for it in customer service. I like the convenience of multiple branches and they always have plenty of tellers to help customers-no long lines.

I have been a happy customer of Wells Fargo for 15 years. My only complaint is that their banks are not located in every city I have lived! I had to switch my checking account to another bank and realized the customer service at Wells Fargo was far superior to this other bank. I still have my credit card through Wells Fargo and am very happy.

I didn't really like the credit cards Wells Fargo offered compared to other banks like Chase and American Express. WF card offers only give a bonus reward above 1% for a limited time like a few months and then they go down to a very unimpressive 1% across categories. Occasionally they offered something slightly better, but compare them side-by-side with a Chase credit card and it loses. With that said I have one and I ended up just letting it go idle because I have 2 other credit cards that give back so much more in terms of rewards. It does get the job done if all you want to do is build credit, you already have a WF account and don't want to close it and open an account elsewhere.

There are very little bonuses from using this card. So since I don't get any incentives or cash back bonus or rewards, I hardly use it. There is no annual fee which is nice but there is nothing very special about this credit card.

This bank both in credit cards and in debit cards has poor service and not everyone is informed to give the customer a good service, it is very bad and I do not recommend it, it only cares about the accounts and the money that the customers have there but not the people or look for options so that the client is satisfied. They hire people who don't love what they do.

Wells Fargo...I have been a customer since 1991 (they put is on your debit card these days) I do appreciate any time I have an issue they are responsive. Fee's have gone up and changed considerably over the years but at least they explain the charges.

My first Wells Fargo credit card was opened without my knowledge back during their controversy years ago. Since then, I opened a card because of a cash bonus they offered, and their online portal is…fine. There’s still a LONG delay between purchase and seeing the purchase info online, and I always feel like that’s strategic to try and get you to miss it. It’s a fine card, but they as an organization still seem awful.
