wanted to replace my car speakers. I asked for plug and play. What I was advised to purchase was NOT PLUG AND PLAY. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable about the products but really didn't listen to my needs and requests. In the end there are just salesmen. No installation directions came with the product. I had to figure out everything by myself. in the future I am going to a local shop for all my audio needs

BIG MISTAKE ODERING FROM CRUTCHFIELD. BEEN WAITING FOR 3 DAYS ON MY STUFF THAT THEY SAID WOULD BE DELIVERD BY A CERTAIN DATE. DECIDED TO INVESTIGATE AND FOUND OUT THEY CANCELED MY ORDER 7 DAYS AGO WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. MY MONEY IS STILL TIED UP NOW BECAUSE ITS GOT A HOLDER ON IT AND I CANT REORDER. THIS HAS THROWN MY WHOLE SCHEDULE OUT OF WACK WITH MY CLIENT. IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANY TROUBLE ORDERING ONLINE TILL I TRIED CRUTCHFIELD. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR. They will tell you anything to make a sale. They will knowingly provide you with parts (Harness Wiring Adapters) that don't fit or work. And when you contact them about parts not working, they blame you for not knowing that those parts would not fit. They talk a good game, but when you ask them to stand behind their sales, the backpedaling and excuses start. I will never purchase from them again.
