In the past I have been happier with Walmart than I find myself today. Anymore so many items have to be ordered online for delivery or same day pickup! If you have the item available for same da pickup then why don't you offer that item for sale in the store? Yes being able to order online for same day pickup is convenient when you just really don't want to deal with going into the store. The same day delivery well that goes without saying, is great. The fact that I can basically take care of a return from an online sale completely before even going to the store is fantastic!!! Now when it comes to instore shopping, there are always empty shelves, missing items, etc. This was before the pandemic hit. And don't get me started on the fact that I have to do the job of the cashiers myself or stan in long lines to get a live cashier!! It is ridicules. Then a good portion of the self checkout machines are card payment only, but it isn't clearly marked on the machines, and they change them around all the time so you never know. Then the employees get short with you or won't tell you if the machine is cash and card or just card. Especially if there are more than one machines available. And you can't write a check in self checkout, but can only buy cigarettes through the self check registers. What if you're writing a check AND want to buy cigarettes? You can't, great another stop to make on the way home. Serious mixed feelings about this store and where it's heading, which is a long way away from where Sam Walton started the company to be.

I've always like Walmarts prices. They are quite reasonable and have most of the items I have shopped for, kudos for this. However, since the pandemic, Walmart has had fewer associates to get customers out of the store. I didn't know if it was an influx of associates being ill or resigned for other reasons but Walmart in Baltimore needs to hire more associates to fill the demand at the registers. Even the 20-item lines are around the corner and very slow. Thank God there are other Walmarts to visit. I visited a Walmart with my mom in Ellicott City and it was way better than the one in Baltimore. It had more items, cleaner, more associates, and better item selection. I don't even shop at the one in Baltimore anymore but reserve my shopping needs in Ellicott. Shouldn't all Walmarts be equal across the shopping experience?

I shop at Walmart for almost everything both in the store and online. I buy my kids school clothes in the store so that we are able to try them on and if they really like something I go online and size it up for the following year just in case its not offered again in the store. The clothes are consistent in quality and are a good bang for your buck!

Walmart offers pretty good clothes for a low price, but the employees tend to make shopping at Walmart a little difficult. The store does tend to be a little bit sloppy and unkept as well. But other than that, their clothes (especially their pajama sets) are pretty cute and set at a decent price. They also sell knock-off shoes (such as white vans, moccasins, and Birkenstocks) at a fairly low price.

I like Walmart, what I don't like is how the stores upkeep is often unsatisfactory, often unclean. If you need to return an item even with a receipt and in a timely manner, their customer service will tell you why you will not get a refund, even when what they are saying has nothing to do with your situation. They can be awful.

I'm not a big fan of Walmart, but when I go I usually find something to buy so I'm giving them 3 stars. I find their quality lacking and usually they carry lower end stuff. Their neighborhood stores that focus on groceries seem high priced. Not really reflecting the Walmart I would expect.

Walmart has a wide range of all clothing types from baby clothes to adult wear. The quality is not the best but the price is very cheap so you get what you pay for. They have all sizes which is great because a lot of places usually run out of smalls.

Walmart is a great company with an awesome website. Their prices are great on clothing and give us tons of options online. I have seen and shopped through a wide selection on their online clothing section of their website. Plenty of clothing colors, brands, and styles to choose from. Walmart is simply amazing online!

I have a love/hate relationship with shopping for clothing on Walmart.com. I love that I can find things at an affordable price and I can have them sent to my home or to a store for easy pick up. I know I can put settings on that show only Walmart items, but I don't like having to sort through many different suppliers to find a "Walmart" item. I also don't like how few filters they have and that many times I can't tell if something is out of stock until I click on it. I will continue to use Walmart.com for clothing needs, but I have had better experiences elsewhere.

Convenient, had ordered some pants and 2x sent the wrong size. I mainly tend to just order groceries and have had problems with wrong orders but they were quick to resolve the problem

When it comes to clothing at Walmart you get what you pay for. They do have cute styles for all different age groups but the clothing you get is usually not the best quality. It has still served its purpose in our house and you cant beat the prices. We will continue to shop here but know that the clothing is not meant to last a long time.

Ordering online was actually pretty easy with Walmart. I bought a rug and a couple of other things, had them shipped to the store, and that was that. I came down the little structure they have to deliver packages and I left. I'm glad it wasn't too much of a hassle.

Walmart offers a site that we have found to be reasonably easy to navigate and products that are well priced and representing decent quality. When we have purchased items, we have been able to pick them up quickly and locally which is a plus.

They "claim" 2-day shipping, but it's really not. Some things don't come for 4 or 5 days. Although I can find almost anything I need, I have to plan in advance, or I won't get it in time. They also use a LOT of packaging, not good for the environment.

I don’t usually buy Walmart clothing thinking I’m getting a real quality product. I buy because the price is right. Sometimes there are some products that are high quality. But we buy a lot of the basics from Walmart.

Walmart clothing prices can't be beat. However, the reason the prices are great is that the quality isn't. But if you're looking for a quick outfit that you don't expect to last for more than one season than buy away.
