Victoria Secret has a pretty great selection but their customer service isn't the best. They don't listen and I feel like they don't have enough representatives on the floor to accommodate the amount of people.

Victoria’s Secret is fairly expensive, unless you catch good deals. Then it’s a lot of fun to mix and match. They frequently change the colors so if you don’t get the matching items you’d like you may not be able to later. Sizing is also slightly larger than other store measurements.

The best bras that I have for daily wear are from Victorias Secret but I still am always feeling like I come to this point after buying a new bra a couple weeks later that there is gapping or cupping. I also think that the bras can be pretty overpriced and think they should do some of their big sales more often

I like that I can shop online for things instead of going into the store but I hate that I'm paying basically for the name. Prices are way too high for the amount of material that is in particular items. I do love their bras tho. Just wish they didn't cost so much.

I have never appreciated the Victoria’s Secret advertising. It displays unrealistic expectations for women and I am personally intimated by the store. The quality of the products is great, but I would rather go somewhere else.

My wife and I go to Victoria Secret quite often and their staff is always really helpful. However, we only buy anything when it is their semi-annual sale because they are extremely expensive. They aren't very reasonable on a budget.

Clothing comes in on time. If you're older or have larger sizes I reccomend going some where else. A lot of their brand is catered towards younger girls. Also be careful with he bras, the clasps break easily.

While checking out at the cashiers counter there was a price check for one of the bras I was buying. The cashier proceeded to ask for the price check for the specific size OVER THE INTERCOM! Not ok!

The Victoria Secret website can be kind of difficult to navigate. The website runs kind of slow and the shipping is crazy! The cart sometimes freezes and i wish the website would improve in terms of speed.
