Sears

I grew up ordering from the Sears Catalog. Then things shifted to ordering online. Ordering clothes online isn’t nearly as fun or nostalgic , but it isn’t a chore either. As Sears has declined over the years, Ive bought less and less from them. The quality of their products and clothing sold in stores has become sub par and the warranties have become a joke. This has led me to stay away from their online shopping as I dont want to pay for something inferior that I will have no way of returning if I’m not satisfied. The few times I have ordered clothes online from Sears was an average experience, pretty standard when compared to other online sites. But as Sears reputation has declined, my online clothes shopping with Sears has also declined.

Sears online service is great. I have used their service to buy my vacuum and have been treated very fairly by their customer service team in getting the right product. Shipment arrived when they said it would arrive and box was not damaged. Vacuum works great.

Sears is kind of expensive and doesn't have a good selection of clothing. Sometimes they have something good, but it's not very common.

About the same quality, maybe higher, than that of walmart clothing. They're affordable though.

In general a great place to find deals however product quality is not always the best

Sears doesn’t have cute clothing. It is durable and really good quality. The staff is friendly.
