Sears mean quality. I've been shopping Sears and Sears online for ages. Quality brands always mean a great experience. Nothing has ever gone wrong with any orders, but given their customer service, it wouldn't be an issue if it did. I am incredible happy to continue ordering from Sears. Customer for life.

The store near me closed down but when I go to Sears there is usually a good bit of sales of clothing. the selection isn't that big but from my experience the clothes are comfortable. The clothes are very durable, the shirts are comfortable and last you a good while!

I grew up ordering from the Sears Catalog. Then things shifted to ordering online. Ordering clothes online isn’t nearly as fun or nostalgic , but it isn’t a chore either. As Sears has declined over the years, Ive bought less and less from them. The quality of their products and clothing sold in stores has become sub par and the warranties have become a joke. This has led me to stay away from their online shopping as I dont want to pay for something inferior that I will have no way of returning if I’m not satisfied. The few times I have ordered clothes online from Sears was an average experience, pretty standard when compared to other online sites. But as Sears reputation has declined, my online clothes shopping with Sears has also declined.

I’ve shopped at Sears a few times and their website works great. It is easy to navigate and not hard to find what you’re looking for. Their prices can definitely range from highs to lows so there’s something for everyone.

Sears online service is great. I have used their service to buy my vacuum and have been treated very fairly by their customer service team in getting the right product. Shipment arrived when they said it would arrive and box was not damaged. Vacuum works great.

Quality and selection is not that great. I did score some deals on some clothing that looked good on the site and it was nice to pick up in store but they weren't what I was expecting. Less than expected. The workers were nice though. It's not good for being a department store.
