Our local REI is probably the best store in the state. The staff are so helpful and they all have practical experience in outdoor activities. It is incredibly helpful to be assisted by people who know and not just salespeople pushing product. I feel that the high-end nature of the product lines is well worth the premium pricing. Its not to say that it's expensive, just that it all is well above econo-grade. And that's a good thing. Good prices for quality products. Simply Excellent.

I've bought so much reliable rock climbing and camping gear at REI. REI definitely has something for everyone! I recently bought some jackets from REI and let me tell you.... they are the warmest, most comfortable, clothes ever!

REI probably has some of the most expensive clothes of any store. BUT, they are of the highest quality. When you buy something from REI, you know it is going to last you a long time. I love shopping at REI for all my outdoor attire!

My go to for all of my outdoor equipment. The employees are all very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me get all geared up for a backpacking trip and all of our equipment was perfect. It can get pricey but I don’t mind paying for quality items that will last forever.

Big fan of REI, but it's a little expensive for me. The equipment and clothing is high quality and their return policy is awesome. The customer service is good too -- the people working there really seem to know what they're doing and have the same love of the outdoors as those shopping there.

I have used REI online clothing store to buy clothes for the whole family. They have decent prices especially on their own brand which is quite good. They have a very good return service, they have never denied a return from me. I like that they have an Outlet section which can have very good deals if you are patient.

REI's gear is usually a bit pricey for me, but I always take my bike and skis into REI for tune-ups and repairs. Their in-store repair shop is super quick, knowledgeable, and professional and I never feel like I'm getting ripped off. Highly recommend!

The website is easy to use and sort through what you're looking for. One of my favorite parts of ordering from REI is that you can ship to store for free.... and that their costumer service is incredible. I never worry if they will let me return an item if I order it and it's the wrong size. Things can be expensive, but the quality is there.
