I have been a longtime customer of the brand and love their clothing. However, I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. My package was delayed by a week due to a FedEx tracking label issue. I emailed to ask if they could do anything to help (I live within a mile of a store so could have picked it up, etc) and their response was “that’s a bummer!” No help at all. Then, the dress was too large. They have no exchange policy, so I would have to return the dress and reorder. Since I bought the dress during a holiday promotion, the price was now $60 more than what I paid. When I contacted to ask if I could exchange for the original price, they said they could not honor discounts. I am frankly appalled that they have been so rude and dismissive of a customer.
