Not happy at all!!! Is anyone else having problems with getting their refund back from PacSun ? I have been dealing with them since Dec 28th. I returned my daughter’s Christmas shoes was suppose to get shoes replaced but they were out of stock. Since then I have been asking for my refund & it’s now Feb I’m with no shoes & no refund. The only people whom I can communicate with is customer service and I have not received any help from them. This has been exhausting! Who else can I speak with? Why does it take a company like this 3 months and counting to resolve an issue like this!!!

I don't like ordering clothing from Pacsun. Everytime I go to their website it feels like they just have random stuff posted and it's not very organized. I can never find anything I like there. They always have crop top shirts that are too short and their jeans are way over priced. I wouldn't suggest ordering anything from them if you are wanting to look pulled together and stylish.

I will never order from PacSun again!! The delivery time is awful I have never waited for a package this long before! When I tracked it it’s been sitting in Orlando for 3 days! Never again
